Exploration Units

The Exploration Units are one of the new Cisco routes to the CCNA qualification. Students undertaking these units will be preparing themselves for the external CCNA exam.

The CCNA can be obtained by the following methods:

• (CCNA 640-802) Full CCNA Exam – One Exam
• (ICND1 640-822) (covers units 1 & 2) – A pass in this external exam will result in a CCNET qualification
• (ICND2 640-816) (covers units 3 & 4) – A pass in this external exam and a pass from (ICND1) will result in a CCNA qualification

Please Note: The last two exams combined (ICND1 640-822 & ICND2 640-816) are the CCNA certification
